Pumpkin Seed Crackers – Gluten Free, LCHF, Paleo, Banting, Keto

These pumpkin seed crackers are a tall, wholesome change to broken-down carb heavy crackers.

Substances:
-1 Half of of cups of pumpkin seeds/pepitas (240 g)
-Half of of cup of flax seeds (70 g)
-2 tbsp chia seeds (30 g)
-1 cup of water (250 ml)

Formulation:
-mix all ingredients correct into a bowl and place of residing apart for 20 to half-hour till the water has largely absorbed into the seeds. Pre-warmth your oven to a hundred seventy degrees celsius
